J.I.M GIFT OF MOVEMENT - CAMPAIGN TERMS

About This Gift

The Gift of Movement is a thank you campaign from J.I.M to current members, allowing them to gift 28 days of unlimited classes to one friend, family member or colleague. By redeeming this gift, you agree to these campaign terms and J.I.M's standard waiver and membership terms.

Campaign Period

• Member distribution: 7 December 2025 - 24 December 2025 (physical cards)
• Digital sharing: 7 - 24 December 2025
• Redemption deadline: 5 January 2026
• Gift activation window: 27 December 2025 - 5 January 2026
• All gifts expire: 1 February 2026

Who Can Gift

• Current active members in good standing at participating J.I.M studios
• One Gift of Movement per member
• Can be shared via physical card or digital link (joyinmovement.com.au/giftofmovement)

Who Can Receive

You are eligible if you:
• Are 16 years or older (16-17 requires guardian consent)
• Have not held a J.I.M membership at any location in the past 6 months
• Do not currently have any active J.I.M membership, trial or promotional offer
• Live within reasonable distance of the nominated studio

Restrictions:
• One gift per person and per household address
• Must complete redemption form by 5 January 2026
• Must agree to J.I.M's standard waiver before participating in classes

How Redemption Works

1. You redeem: Complete the form at joyinmovement.com.au/giftofmovement by 5 January 2026
2. Studio contacts you: Studio manager will call/text within 48 hours to arrange your start date (between 27 Dec - 5 Jan)
3. You complete waiver: Before your first class, you must complete J.I.M's standard waiver and health screening
4. You start moving: Once activated, you have 28 consecutive days of unlimited classes from your chosen start date

What You Get

• 28 consecutive days of unlimited class access
• Valid at your nominated studio location only
• Access to all regular class times subject to availability
• Standard member booking and cancellation rules apply

What's NOT included:
• Guest pass privileges
• Merchandise discounts
• Access to other J.I.M locations
• Any extensions beyond 28 days

Important Restrictions

Studio-Specific:
• Gift is valid at the studio location you select during redemption only
• Cannot be transferred between J.I.M locations
• Subject to studio capacity and class availability
• Studio manager approval required for activation

Non-Transferable:
• Gift cannot be transferred to another person once redeemed
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other offers
• Cannot be combined with any other J.I.M promotions or discounts
• Has no monetary value and cannot be resold

Expiry:
• All gifts expire 1 February 2026 regardless of start date
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or reissued
• Unused gifts have no cash value and cannot be refunded

Studio Rules & Requirements

Before You Start:
• You must complete J.I.M's standard waiver and health screening
• You must provide emergency contact information
• You must comply with studio safety rules and code of conduct
• You must be medically fit to participate in exercise (consult your doctor if unsure)

During Your Gift Period:
• Standard class booking rules apply
• Late cancellation and no-show policies apply
• Studio manager may restrict peak time access if capacity requires
• You must follow all instructor cues and safety guidelines on screen
• Studios may modify class schedules with reasonable notice

Studios Reserve the Right To:
• Limit total number of gift activations to maintain service quality
• Restrict booking access during peak times if capacity requires
• Temporarily close for maintenance, holidays or emergencies
• Refuse or terminate access for breach of studio rules

After Your 28 Days

• Access automatically expires at end of 28 days
• No automatic billing or membership continuation
• Studio manager may offer you standard membership options during your gift period
• Any membership signup is subject to J.I.M's standard membership terms and current pricing
• No refunds or credits are available for unused portions of the gift

Privacy & Communications

• Personal information is collected and used in accordance with J.I.M's Privacy Policy
• By redeeming this gift, you consent to receive communications from your nominated studio regarding class bookings, studio updates and membership offers
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting your studio
• You cannot opt out of essential service communications (class confirmations, studio closures, safety notices)

Photography & Social Media

• J.I.M studios may photograph or film classes for marketing purposes
• If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, notify your studio manager before your first class
• By participating in classes, you acknowledge you may appear in background of marketing content

Changes & Cancellation

J.I.M Reserves the Right To:
• Modify these terms with reasonable notice
• Cancel or modify the campaign if circumstances require
• Verify eligibility and refuse redemption if terms are not met
• Suspend or terminate your gift access for breach of terms or studio rules

If J.I.M Makes Changes:
• You will be notified via email if your gift is affected
• If J.I.M cancels the campaign before your activation, your redemption will be honoured or alternative offer provided
• If your studio permanently closes during your 28 days, you will be offered transfer to nearest J.I.M location or pro-rata refund

Liability & Risk

Important: Exercise involves inherent risk. By redeeming this gift and participating in classes:
• You acknowledge you are participating at your own risk
• You confirm you have read and understood J.I.M's standard waiver
• You agree to J.I.M's limitation of liability as set out in the waiver
• You acknowledge J.I.M is not responsible for personal injury, property loss or damage arising from your participation

Full liability terms, medical requirements, and risk acknowledgments are contained in J.I.M's standard waiver which you must complete before your first class.

Disputes

• Any disputes regarding this gift or these terms will be resolved under the laws of the state/territory where the studio operates
• You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes directly with your studio manager
