Infrared Workouts
Infrared heat is very gentle. It provides all the healthy benefits of natural sunlight without any of the dangerous effects of solar radiation. Infrared Heat penetrates your skin and heats the core of your body.

WEIGHT LOSS. As the body works to cool itself, there is a substantial increase in heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate, causing the body to burn calories. When we combine Low impact, interval training (or exercises) in the Infrared heat we created an Afterburn effect (Known as E.P.O.C) that burns calories for up to 36 hours post workout.
DETOXIFICATION. Sweating is the bodies safe and natural way to heal and stay healthy. Far infrared waves benefit the body by heating it directly, causing a rise in core temperature. This creates a deep, detoxifying sweat at the level where toxins reside.
PAIN RELIEF. Infrared heat penetrates tissue, joints and muscles to relieve minor aches and pains. Did you know that pain management professionals incorporate infrared heat therapy into treatment plans to decrease pain and speed up recovery time.

No. As Infrared workouts increase your core temperature we recommend not training whilst pregnant. Always consult with your GP when in doubt.
Healthy & Safety
The studio undergoes a weekly deep clean, daily clean as well as “in-between” class cleans. The studio also offers multiple hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes for members.
For our weekly deep clean we use “Aeris Active” Hospital grade disinfectant which creates a unique long lasting residual antimicrobial activity. Up to 7 days residual antibacterial activity. Touch and moisture resistant. For our daily and in between classes clean we use a hospital grade cleaning product that meets TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) standards.
To ensure optimal air quality, our studios have HEPA air purifiers to filter the air and reduce airborne contaminants, including viruses throughout class.
If you test positive for COVID-19 please email your studio immediately, and well immediately notify all potentially exposed people. From there we will follow NSW HEALTH procedures and policies.
